Why CozyTab exists
Because the internet got too loud.
๐ง๏ธ The problem
Every time you open your browser, something is fighting for your attention. Notifications. Headlines. Trending topics. An endless scroll designed to keep you hooked.
Social media promises connection but often leaves us feeling drained. The web has become a noisy, demanding place that extracts more than it gives.
We've normalized exhaustion. We've forgotten what it feels like to just... breathe.
๐ A different approach
CozyTab started with a simple question: What if opening a new tab felt like entering a quiet room?
Not another feed. Not another dashboard. Not another thing asking you to do something.
Just a calm, cozy space. Pixel art landscapes. Gentle lofi music. A cat to pet. Time that moves slowly.
A tiny pause before you dive back in.
โ What we believe
- Rest is productive. Taking a breath isn't slacking-it's fuel.
- Calm is a feature. Technology should give you peace, not take it away.
- Privacy is non-negotiable. We don't track you. We don't want your data.
- Small joys matter. A pixel cat. A warm glow. Fireflies at dusk. These things add up.
๐ฟ Who we are
CozyTab is built by a small team who got tired of the noise. We're not a startup chasing growth. We're not optimizing engagement metrics. We're just trying to make something that feels good to use.
Something we'd want in our own browsers.
"A quieter internet starts here."
